I am a new beekeeper and picked up my first nuc on 5/4/2019. I couldn't believe how many bees were in that box. Every square inch of the frames and box was covered in bees. After transferring the frames I left the box and cover in front of the hive. Next morning I only found a dozen dead bees. The hive is going gang-busters today, many bees out working, returning loaded with polen. I had an interested neighbor come over to watch and he wants to start next year. First grandchild visited today, 2 feet away, no problem.

The bees I got last spring were excellent. I have had no problems with them and I plan getting more this spring. Keep up the good work...If anyone plans on getting bees or bee supplies, Northwest Bee Supply is the best place to go.
Today we picked up two amazing nucs. Each of the five frames was fully drawn and in each nuc the frames were filled on both sides with bees, and in some places they were two bees deep. They found the "new" five frames and were investigating them before I got the pollen patty in. Both nucs were a month old. Both were very active. — at Abundantly Green Certified Organic Farm.

2015 was my third year of buying packages from Northwest Bee Supply. This year my queen was laying unfertilized eggs. By the time I realized that I had a hive full of drones there were no queens available in the area. Luckily I live locally, so I gave Mike a call directly and was able to meet up in person. I really appreciated his fast response and customer service, and of course good bee advice. As a new beekeeper I've been learning everything the hard way :) This was a great reason to always have two hives, so you can respond to situations like this and help yourself!

I picked up my bees this weekend - they look great and I already have them hived. One of the queens was DOA and Mike personally flew in a replacement queen for me within 24 hours - amazing service! I look forward to working with Northwest Bee Supply again!

We purchased bees in April and they have done very well. I would not hesitate to buy from western bee again.
